STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Lindsay and Moira Merrithew, along with a team of physical therapists, sports
medicine and fitness professionals, have spent over three decades refining the acclaimed STOTT PILATES method of exercise. The refined method resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation — making it one of the safest and most effective methods available. STOTT PILATES is recognised as a leader in Pilates programming by studios, fitness facilities, fitness professionals and the consumer market worldwide.
Classes are led by Certified Instructor, Christine Ng on Thursday mornings at Christ Church Hall in East Sheen. Booking is essential; please contact Christine to be added to our What's App group. We offer an Intermediate Pilates Class for those with some experience and Essential Pilates Class for those just starting out or returning after a long break.
